Responsibilities:
- Design products/services & manage existing product portfolio to meet business needs
- Implement business solutions & liaison with internal/external stakeholders throughout product journey
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities for collaboration & partnership
- Assist in preparation of concept paper, product paper, BRD & business feasibility report for initiatives to be presented to management
- Work with PMO team for implementation & launch of new products/services
- Act as point-of-contact for internal/external stakeholders for designated products

- Analyze & propose enhancements in processes
- Conduct market research, identify emerging industry trends & assess domestic use cases in payment landscape
