ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring Human Resource Generalist based in Khewra/Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have regular connects with employees so as to have an independent view and strong people insight thereby facilitating the HR Manager in identifying areas of improvement
- Advise and support managers on the Job description, objective setting, development planning, and performance feedback, to improve business performance
- Provide effective HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organisational change, and all other employee-relations matters
- Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies
- Drive and embed engagement and wellbeing plans in the business to enhance employee engagement
- Prepare and periodically monitor staff cost and other HR-related budgets so as to ensure strong control and governance
- Closely monitor key HR metrics and SLAs to ensure HR service excellence
