Education: BBA / MBA
Experience: 2 to 3 years in business analysis
Skills Requirement:
- Strong communication skills – oral and written.
- Quantitative mindset and analytic capabilities.
- Experience with Business Analytics.
Advanced MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, MS query, array formulae, user-defined functions, macros etc.). - Data visualization Tools experience such as Tableau, Power BI and others.
Job Duties:
- Able to define business requirements for reporting, dashboards, analytics and ad-hoc reporting for various Business Areas.
- Perform data analysis to support executive decisions.
Verify correctness and completeness of data model, data relationships, mappings, and reports. - Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of department Business performance against budget, financial and operational goals.
- Stay current with needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations.
