“Purchase Officer” (Garments Division)
Interested candidates fulfilling’s the following criteria may apply:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 Years of Experience of Local Purchase

Skills Required:

• Communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills: Target oriented
• Functional knowledge: Good judgment and analytical ability
• Quality: Accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Major Responsibilities:

• Coordination with suppliers & vendors
• Preparation of the purchase order and its tracking
• Maintenance of the records and report preparation
• Payment and invoice handling
• Coordination with the other departments
• Knowledge of market trending & comparison
• Visiting the local market & acquiring quotations
