We are looking for an enthusiastic, goal driven candidate for Document Controller in the Finance department. The candidate should possess great communication skills required for inter-departmental coordination and will be a go-getter with performance driven attitude and ability to achieve results in challenging timelines.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, goal driven candidate for Document Controller in the Finance department. The candidate should possess great communication skills required for inter-departmental coordination and will be a go-getter with performance driven attitude and ability to achieve results in challenging timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a POC from Finance to handle all invoice related matters.
- Ensure that three way matching is timely carried out.
- Liaison between OPS (Warehouse Managers), Commercial Team (Category Managers) and Finance (AP Associates).
- Responsible for documentation completion.
- Ensure that there are no mismatches in the payments made.
Requirements
- A relevant bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar job experience.
- Have a basic knowledge of financial procedures.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers on daily basis.
