Job Role:
- 5 – 7 Years of industry experience in reputable organization
- Building construction contracts preparation / validation contractor’s bills / invoices verification and quality assurance of civil works
- Projects cost estimates, planning, execution and drawings’ interpretations
- Project reporting and follow up for on time project completion
- Instruct contractor staff regarding any query related to site works and provide construction solutions for upcoming projects and maintenance works
- Must have hands on experience on drawing study, bar bending schedule, BOQ preparation, quality control and safety.
