ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring an Executive Secretary for Vice President, Polyester business based at Lahore Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- To prepare monthly reports i.e. CEO Newsletter, EMT presentation, ECM Presentation etc
- To manage expense claims, leaves etc. of the VP
- To prepare presentations as and when required by the VP
- To organize any events related to VP visits
- To keep a record of all documents relevant to Polyester to support VP’s work
- To proofread all documentation
- To get signatures on all documents by the VP
- To schedule VP’s calendar according to his requirement
